RETURNS POLICY

If you should wish to return your headphone covers, please find our return policies below:

  1. Please ensure that products returned are in their original packaging with the tags attached, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept the returns of products that have been used.
  2. Should you return a product that has been used, the value of the diminished value will be deducted from the refund.
  3. You can request a refund from the moment you order your products, until 14 days after receiving your parcel, if the products have been shipped, the refund will be processed once we have received the products back. This is under the Consumer Contacts Regulations.
  4. Please ensure you inform us by mailer writing within 14 days of receiving your products. Unfortunately, after the 14 days any correspondence will not be accepted.
  5. The costs of the return shipping are to the responsibility of the buyer, please ensure you retain your proof of postage as we cannot refund items that we do not receive back.
  6. All items are to be returned within 14 days, starting from the day you request the refund, this is calculated up until the items have been shipped to be returned to us.
  7. The refund payments will be processed and returned within 7 days from us receiving the goods. Please note, payments made by credit/debit card may take 2-3 business days to appear on your bank statement.
  8. We inspect all returned items to ensure they have not been used, this policy is to ensure the welfare of other customers, as we only send out new, unused, unopened products.
  9. Only the basic shipping fee is refundable, if you select express shipping at checkout, only the basic fee will be refunded. This is under the Consumer Contacts Regulations.
